The Tawid OFW Program (TOP) has rolled out to help our beloved OFW brethren who were affected by the Pandemic. For the glory and honor of our Lord Jesus Christ, here’s how the mission has progressed.

HTTP aims to provide an “ayuda” or a subsidy of Php500.00 a week to an OFW household beneficiary for three (3) months. To give the OFW an opportunity to earn for his/her family’s support, another component of the TOP, the Entrepreneurship and Career Program (ECP) will be offered to the interested OFW beneficiary.
Last but not the least, beneficiaries shall undergo TOP’s Value Formation Learning Program (VFLP). This aims to provide new perspective in social, spiritual, and financial aspects. Through a Google Form, evaluation of OFWs who based on set criteria was carried out following compliance with the Data Privacy Act.[/icon_timeline_item][icon_timeline_item time_title=”October onwards: Cascaded to Leadership”]TOP implementing mechanics secured buy-in from the leadership of CFC and CBCP ECMI.[/icon_timeline_item][icon_timeline_item time_title=”October onwards: Training Modules Developed”]Talks and modules for virtual/e-sessions for Value Formation and Learning Program (VFLP) wered enhanced and reformatted, while a technical team that will handle and manage the learning sessions was formed.[/icon_timeline_item][icon_timeline_item time_title=”Oct. 2020: Go-Live of Online Communications”]The CFC Migrants Program website, cfcmigrants.org, went live to serve as a platform for communicating, updating, and reaching out to various stakeholders. Partnerships were firmed up through Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with CFC ANCOP (Answering the Cry of the Poor) Foundation Inc., CBCP ECMI (Episcopal Commission on the Pastoral Care of Migrants and Itinerant People), and DMCI. More partnerships are being worked out to have the needed support and assistance for TOP’s implementation.[/icon_timeline_feat][icon_timeline_feat time_title=”August onwards: BizneSerye Sessions Developed”]The nine-module BizneSerye for Entrepreneurship and Career Program (ECP) was developed. The learning modules aim to provide entrepreneurial skills and know-how on the current business practice presented in an easy to understand and simplified form.
